If you have asked a question about something, you can say "I have a question about..." or "I'm curious about..." followed by the topic or subject you are asking about. For example, "I have a question about the history of the Roman Empire" or "I'm curious about how to bake a perfect cake." You can also simply say "I have a question" or "I have a few questions" if you want to ask multiple things.
