Thefirstlessonatthebeginningofasemesterhasaspecificmeaning,justliketheendofasemester,theendofaschoolyear,andgraduation.Theceremonyofthefirstlessongaveusadifferentmeaningandmadeusfeelthatthisdaywasunique.Asthefoxexplainsin"TheLittlePrince"that"ritual"istomakeadaydifferentfromotherdays,tomakeamomentdifferentfromothertimes,"thefirstlessonofschoolisaboutdifferentmoments.

Beforethestartofschool,agroupofsixorsevenyearoldchildrengatheredtogethertolearntosingthenationalanthemandschoolanthem.Onthefirstdayofschool,theyputoncleanandtidyclothes,stooduprightinthequeue,andclassmatessangthenationalanthemtogether,raisingthefive-starredflag.Thatsolemnmomentmustbethemostprofoundmemory.Activitiessuchasfireeducationclasses,garbageclassification,andstandardizeduseofmapsarethe"firstlesson"ofschoolsinvariousregions.Theyconnectschoollearningwithsociallife,learnnewknowledgethroughcollectivepractice,innovatelearningforms,andfacilitatethemasteryandapplicationofknowledge.

At8pm,afterfinishingdinner,westayedathomeandwatchedthefirstclassprogramontime.EverySeptember,atthebeginningofthenewsemester,thefirstclassalwaysbroadcastedvariousinterestingandprofoundstoryfragmentsforustowatch.Inthisclass,notonlycanwelearnvariousknowledge,butwecanalsoconstantlyfeelthemeaningoflifethroughwatchingtheprogram.Thecontentofeachepisode(thefirstlesson)isdifferent,butineachepisodeoftheprogram,wecanlearnalotbeyondthetextbook,seemoregloriouseventsinourcountry,andalsohavemoregoalsandmotivationinourlearning.ThismaybewhythefirstlessonprogramisplayedeverySeptemberwhentheschoolseasonstarts.

Lookingforward,lookingforward,thefirstlessonoftheschoolhasarrivedasscheduled.OnSeptember1st,theschoolrequestedallteachersandstudentstowatchthefirstlessontogether,andtheteacheralsoorganizedustowatchitintheclassroom.Atthismoment,myheartwasveryexcited.Ihadheardthisprogramalongtimeago,butIhaven'treallywatchedit.NowIcanfinallyachievemywish.
