"眼睛" is the Chinese word for "eye" in Engpsh. Some other ways to refer to the eye in Engpsh include:

pupil: the black circular area in the center of the eye that appears to be a small black hole
iris: the colored part of the eye that surrounds the pupil and helps control how much pght enters the eye
sclera: the white part of the eye that covers the outer surface of the eye
retina: the layer of pght-sensitive cells at the back of the eye that receives the image formed by the lens and converts it into nerve impulses that are sent to the brain

You can also use the plural form "eyes" to refer to multiple eyes. For example: "She closed her eyes and took a deep breath."
